Anger Management Group

This group is a supportive and non-judgmental group where individuals can explore and understand their anger, learn effective coping mechanisms, and build healthier interpersonal relationships.

Topics Include:

  • Understanding your anger and your triggers
  • Individual goal setting
  • Addressing thinking errors
  • Learning response styles
  • Practicing coping techniques


This is a 6 week program, starting October 5th and ending November 9th.
You choose whether you want to attend on Thursdays from 12:00 to 12:45 PM or Thursdays from 5:00 to 5:45 PM.

The cost is $185, which covers all 6 sessions.
